Summary of Position
The Manager, Finance and Administration plays a pivotal role in ensuring the financial integrity and operational efficiency of RESOLVE and its related entities including social enterprises. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial and Enterprise Officer, this position oversees the day-to-day financial operations, contract and grant management, and general administration and operations functions.

We are a team of collaborative leaders, mediators, policy experts, strategists, scientists, and facilitators. As a nonpartisan, nongovernmental organization (NGO), we work across sectors, borders, and political lines to engage with business, government, foundation, NGO, and community leaders. Our projects focus on healthy communities, conservation, and sustainable resources.
Our headquarters are in Washington, D.C., with staff and partners across North America, Africa, and Europe. We work on local, regional, national, and global projects.

Salary and Benefits
Salary is commensurate with experience and education, in the range of $76,634-$103,682 USD for this position. RESOLVE offers excellent benefits, including: medical and dental insurance; retirement contributions (after 1 year, RESOLVE contributes 6% of salary, with an additional 3% employee matching option); generous family, vacation, and sick leave; and long-term disability.
