Sia Mary Musa is the Sierra Leone Senior Program Associate at Resolve. She supervises project teams, provides guidance and support to associates, and taking on more strategic responsibilities in project planning and execution. From October 2021 to April 2024, she served in the capacity as Project Assistant for the Peace Diamonds Restoration Initiative Project.
Before joining Resolve, Sia volunteered with the Promoting Environmental Justice and Human Rights project led by the Network Movement for Justice and Development where she assisted with community outreach and stakeholders' engagements, raised awareness, and probe solutions on the dangers of land degradation caused by mining, erosion, and flooding. She uses these skills and knowledge gained to work effectively in affected mining communities that are beneficiaries of the Peace Diamonds Restoration Initiative Project at Resolve.
