Sherry Kaiman is a Senior Advisor at RESOLVE. She works with the Healthy Communities Team where she facilitates, strategizes, and researches for projects focused on collaboration and consensus-building processes. Her work centers primarily on health and related issues, such as education, environmental health, aging, workforce, and social services.

Prior to joining RESOLVE, Sherry spent more than two decades on Capitol Hill, where she held several senior legislative positions, including serving as a Legislative Director and as a professional staff member for the Senate Health and Education Committee. She also served as Policy Director for Trust for America's Health and as a Consultant with Jobs for the Future. At RESOLVE, she works on projects enabling diverse groups and organizations to work together to develop policies and strategies that will result in positive change.
