Lucy is a Senior Associate with the Sustainable Resources Program at RESOLVE. She primarily supports research and analysis, manages partner relationships and co-funding opportunities, and does program design and advisory work on key sustainability issues related to natural resource development. She also provides support for the implementation of The Resource Exchange and Community Smart Initiative, which connects various stakeholders with the tools and resources needed for inclusive, community-led decisions about land and natural resource development.

Before joining RESOLVE, Lucy worked for the Ministry of Finance and the Government of Sierra Leone, leading public policy analysis and managing donor partnerships between development partners, the government of Sierra Leone, and civil society organizations.
