Josias Sanon is a Senior Operations Associate at RESOLVE based in the Washington-DC area, where he oversees and coordinates the organization’s office operations. In utilizing and creating effective tracking management systems, he provides cross-functional administrative and financial support across the family of RESOLVE’s organizations and enterprises. Josias liaises and serves as the primary point of contact with building management and supports meetings and conferences at RESOLVE’s DC office.Prior to joining RESOLVE, Josias completed his master’s degree at the University of Maryland, where he studied econometric estimation methods that drive statistical inference in quantitative analysis. He has contributed to the American Enterprise Institute’s working paper on the affordability of childcare, and during his master’s program, conducted research on the effects of internet access in rural areas on employment outcomes.
