Benedic Sei Samba is the Project Assistant for Resolve Sustainable Resource program in Sierra Leone, where he is responsible for the field implementation of the Peace Diamond Initiatives, with specific focus on organizing women to reuse the restored mined – out land. Benedic also leads training for the GEMFAIR support Programme. His work focuses on managing multiple community stakeholder engagement, Governmental Collaboration, and community mobilization on customized strategies for land restoration.
Prior to joining RESOLVE, Benedic worked as Project Officer at the International Rescue Committee, where he managed and coordinated the planning and execution of assigned projects, ensuring that all projects were completed within budget and in a timely manner. His career has been centered around providing administrative and operational support to project teams. Proficient in documentation, project coordination and stakeholder communication.
