Solutions for Hope is a global platform for supply chain initiatives designed to promote transparency, responsible sourcing, and local community development. The Solutions for Hope model starts with small-scale, pilot projects, whose lessons are shared across projects and with the broader responsible sourcing community to scale up and maximize impact.

SFH Projects include:

• Cadenas de Paz (CAPAZ) - building verifiably conflict-free artisanal gold supply chains in Colombia
  
  
• Solutions for Hope Tantalum - the Solutions for Hope platform's inaugural and ground-breaking tantalum sourcing pilot in Democratic Republic of Congo. This pilot demonstrated industry support for responsible sourcing from the Great Lakes Region of Central Africa and inspired various similar sourcing efforts
